Technical Support
Clarification of technical questions regarding the implementation of statutory settings, configuration, and best practice tips. Via email and ticket system, optionally by phone.

Trainings & Workshops
Introductory events, onboarding, and intensive workshops, e.g., for motion management. Individualized content for employees, multipliers, and/or delegates.

Meeting Support
On site or virtual. For support with control, projection, and recording of adhoc decision-making during the meeting, among other things. Optional technical help desk for all problems directly affecting delegates.

On-Call service
Fallback solution for independent operation on the days of the event. Ensures that a specialist is reliably available by phone at defined times for content-related and technical questions.

Servermonitoring & DDoS
Active monitoring of server infrastructure to ensure an increased level of security, especially for large events. Optionally bookable with additional DDoS protection at various levels.

Livestream & Video conference
Integration of video conferencing for hybrid and purely virtual meetings, including intelligent linking of the speaker list and integration of a data protection-compliant, low-latency livestream. More
