for single meeting · running duration from 1 to max. 3 months · all prices excl. VAT.

Yearly hosting

for recurring meetings with committee management system and central URL · minimum term 12 months · all prices excl. VAT.

» plus operating support flat rate starting from 1,500 €/year
» each additional 250 active accounts for 1,000 €/year

Only active accounts count. Deactivated accounts (no login possible) are not considered. A committee can contain an unlimited number of events. Expired events can be archived, only active events will be charged. All participants have read-only access to archived events.
